Owner-Managed Co-Host Membership
You manage the ownership. We guide the strategy.
The $49 plan is for owners who want ongoing professional research and rental support while personally controlling the account, making reservations, completing club transactions, and approving final decisions.
What Co-Host includes
- Initial ownership review and annual strategy
- Maintenance-fee and use-year review
- Expiration, banking, and exchange guidance
- Reservation-window and high-demand date research
- Comparable rental and pricing recommendations
- Listing, marketing, and guest communication support
- Periodic status and annual performance review
Membership terms
$49 / month
Initial term: 12 months
Rental performance fee: 10% of Gross Rental Revenue
Minimum fee: $99 per completed rental
Membership fees cover ongoing advisory services and are payable regardless of rental results.
The responsibility split is simple
You perform the account and transaction work. Resort Owner Compass supplies strategy, research, pricing recommendations, listing assistance, templates, and ongoing support.
Reservations
You make reservations, bank or exchange usage, and process guest names or certificates.
Final approval
You approve pricing and retain final authority unless you authorize something different in writing.
