A clear process

From ownership review to an operating plan.

We begin with what you own, what the rules permit, and what you want to accomplish. Then we define responsibilities before reservation or rental work begins.

What to expect

A structured path, not a blanket promise.

Not every ownership or reservation is suitable for rental. Resort Owner Compass reviews eligibility, timing, restrictions, costs, and likely demand before recommending Co-Host or Full-Service support.

Security first. The initial review never asks for an ownership-account password. Secure access procedures are discussed only after enrollment and where program rules permit.
01

Tell us what you own

Provide the resort or club, ownership type, use year, points or weeks, known deadlines, and your goals.

02

Complete the ownership review

We consider account status, program rules, guest restrictions, reservation windows, fees, timing, and rental suitability.

03

Select the right service level

Choose Co-Host when you want guidance and control, or Full-Service when you want broader management where permitted.

04

Enroll and document responsibilities

Review the membership agreement, fee schedule, account-access limitations, billing authorization, and rental-performance terms.

05

Create the annual ownership plan

Map use-year deadlines, banking options, exchange considerations, reservation opportunities, and inventory priorities.

06

Prepare eligible rental inventory

Where permitted, evaluate dates and destinations, coordinate reservations, establish pricing, and prepare guest-ready listings.

07

Manage, communicate, and report

Track approved activity, service confirmed guests, account for authorized expenses, and provide transaction or performance reporting.

Start with an ownership review.

We’ll help you understand whether Resort Owner Compass is the right fit.
